We were, in fact, very pleased with the response time. Even though we sent our request at 11 pm making a request for a next-morning showing, Matt managed to call us at 8:30 and met us at 11 am. Is a 12 hour turn around fast enough? Ninja fast!! Though the house we viewed turned out to be NOT what we hoped it was, Matt still managed to show us another house nearby (similar in design & price) that was FAR closer to our desired style.
