Matt Kornstedt & Jennifer Stauter, Realtor®, ABR, ASP, GRI, CRSMatt was born in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin and is the first of three children of Richard and Carol Kornstedt. His parents own and operate the family farm in Cambridge, so it’s safe to say that hard work was instilled at an early age.
Growing up in a Madison real estate family set the stage for Jen to branch out with her own real estate career. Jen gives her clients her special attention to detail that makes her a standout. From listing & selling homes to property management and staging - Jen does it all.
Matt attended high school at Lakeside Lutheran in Lake Mills He received his Associate Degree in Mechanical Design from MATC. During this time he was also employed by Briggs and Stratton as a Product Designer. He began his Real Estate career in 1997 with the Stark Company Realtors.
Jennifer attended high school at Lafollette in Madison. She received her BBA in Marketing from UW-Whitewater and began her Real Estate career in 1998 with the Stark Company Realtors.
Since then Matt and Jen have established a Real Estate Investment Company, Victory Properties, LLC and a Real Estate Management Company, Marquee Management Services, LLC.
Matt and Jen are Broker Associates and have obtained the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) designations. Jen is an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) and is president elect of IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals). Year after year they are one of the top associates with the Stark Company Realtors, The Diamond Guild
Matt and Jennifer have been married since 1998 and own a home in Cottage Grove,
Wisconsin with their two boys; Caden and Carson. They are members of Abiding Shepherd Lutheran Church.
